Creative2Job (C2J) is a championing the fight against unemployment in Nigeria and Africa, using the diverse creative economy as a veritable tool, to reduce youth unemployment through strategic capacity building, mentorship, training, workshop, awareness, networking and job creation within the creative sector; transforming passion, talent and skills into sustainable livelihoods. While using online, offline and onsite project mechanism to reach out to target audience in cities, rural areas, campuses, schools, etc.

Our Story
Clifford Rukevwe Monday, Founder, Creative2Job
Creative2Job was born from a strong passion to champion the fight against unemployment in Africa and Nigeria, using the creative industry as a veritable tool, to help young people become gainfully employed, and contributes to nation building.
Clifford Rukevwe Monday noticed that half of the world’s seven (7) billion population consume creative content daily online. This is a huge opportunity for a sector that dominates the online space. Determine to harness this opportunity for massive job creation for the youth population; Clifford founded Creative2Job as a social impact subsidiary of Liford Creative Development Services
His vision to create something impactful and leave an enviable legacy, has been his propelling dynamites as change agent He is the CEO/ Managing Director of Liford Creative Development services; a Lagos based bespoke indigenous orange economy organization that promotes art, culture and creative services, including museum, monuments, creative advocacy, etc.
Through Liford Creative, he is championing the fight against unemployment in Africa and Nigeria, to empower young people through his flagship program ‘Creative2Job’; with array of transformative initiatives such as Creative2Job Naija, Creative2Job Naija School Tour, Creative2Job Naija Campus Summit, Creative2Job Naija IDP Camp, Creative2Job Africa Conference, Creative2Job Academy and Creative2Job VentureAids.
He is the CEO/MD of Suntouch Music; a label brand capturing the essence of gospel musical expressions, particularly focussed on taking Afrogospel to a whole new level.
He is also the publisher of Creative Economy Magazine, a digital e-media platform that is inspiring development in the Africa creative economy space, and currently developing the ‘Young Art and Culture Festival challenge’ in Lagos, amongst others.
In 2021, he was a beneficiary of the Bank of Industry (BOI), entrepreneurship training development program, and an alumnus of the Africa Management Institute (AMI), Nairobi, Kenya.
He is currently developing something new, the Afrogospel Academy Project (AAP) in Lagos, to hunt for new and young talents in the gospel music industry.
