The Creative2Job Campus Summit is a strategic initiative designed to bridge academia and the rapidly expanding creative sector to fight unemployment. It targets university students, emerging creators, aspiring creative professionals and entrepreneurs to help transform talents and technical skills into viable creative career. The strategic goal is Job creation and youth employability, to reduce graduate unemployment by equipping young Nigerians to become employed within the creative value chain.
The initiative connects campus-based creators with policymakers, institutional investors, creative innovators, and veteran industry leaders. Rather than treating talent as an informal hustle, it provides tertiary students with the creative frameworks, industry knowledge, resources and tools needed to a build a sustainable creative career.
